Michelle is a Lifestyle Portraits and Newborn Photographer, but more importantly, a daughter, sister, wife and friend. She left her hectic corporate life and ventured into photography business in 2013, seeking a different kind of fulfilment, her second act in life!

Specialising in capturing honest organic moments, unique personalities and emotions, Michelle records visually stories that unfold during on-location photo sessions, primarily using natural lights. Her approach has always been natural, candid and photojournalistic. The goal is to provide families with meaningful photographs for their homes that capture the essence of who they are at different stages of their lives.

Photography is not just her profession, it’s her life passion. She does not photograph subjects, she photographs the way they make her feel. More often than not, Michelle sees perfectly imperfect moments and captures those little bits of life for families to preserve and cherish for generations.

Her journey so far has brought her much joy! Besides photographing babies, kids and families, she is also grateful for the opportunities to work with both local and international establishments such as the World Health Organization (WHO), Global Health Strategies (GHS), Business Events Sarawak (BESarawak), Drypers Malaysia and Mediconsult Sdn Bhd.

When her time and energy are not being applied to her craft, Michelle can be found dining, cooking, baking, hiking, couch potato-ing, travelling or planning another backpacking trip.

She was born and breed in Kuching, Sarawak and travels extensively between Kuala Lumpur and Kuching for photography assignments. Therefore, advance booking (6 to 8 weeks prior) is highly recommended.
