Michelle is a Lifestyle Portrait Photographer, but more importantly, a daughter, sister, wife and friend.
Her approach has always been simple, natural, candid and photojournalistic. Working on-location in clients' homes (should good natural lighting is available) and the great outdoor, she records visually stories that unfold during photo sessions, primarily using natural lights.
Photography is her passion and profession. She does not photograph subjects; she photographs the way they make her feel. She often sees perfectly imperfect moments and emotions during photo sessions, and captures them to show that those are actually perfect moments - little bits of life that should be remembered and not be taken for granted.
"the camera is the least important element in photography." - julius shulman
Her journey so far has brought her much joy and happiness! Besides photographing and playing with babies, kids and families, she is also grateful for the opportunities to work with both local and international establishments such as the World Health Organizations (WHO), Global Health Strategies (GHS), Sarawak Convention Bureau (SCB), Drypers Malaysia, etc.
When her time and energy are not being applied to her craft, Michelle can be found dining, cooking, scuba diving, couch potato-ing, travelling or planning another backpacking trip.
"i just wanna go on more adventures. be around good energy. connect with people. learn new things. grow." - kid cudi
She was born and breed in Kuching, Sarawak (Borneo) and currently lives in Kuala Lumpur with her husband and their beloved guppies!
